Aescolab and Aniva both offer preventive blood analyses in Germany. Aniva is a one-year membership with 100+ markers per draw, up to 500 with add-ons, a personalized action plan and a year-round concierge, and most private insurers pay the membership back.
aescolab is sold as one-off analyses. Aniva is a yearly membership with retests built in.
aescolab is paid out of pocket. Aniva is reimbursed by most German PKV plans, often up to 100 percent.

Aniva runs 100+ markers in the Core panel. Add genetics, heavy metals, advanced hormones or longevity from the same blood draw and the total reaches up to 500. aescolab packages range from 20 to around 85 biomarkers and cannot be expanded after the draw.
Most German private insurers reimburse the Aniva membership as preventive diagnostics. We issue an insurance-compliant invoice within 24 hours. aescolab is currently paid out of pocket.
Aniva includes a personal concierge year-round in the membership: message a real person any time about your results, supplements, or next steps. aescolab offers a knowledge portal, group calls and webinars; 1:1 sessions are paid extras.
